Warranty Policy

Podigy Audio products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If your product is deemed defective during the warranty period, Podigy Audio will repair or replace the defective part with a comparable part or product at Podigy Audio sole discretion. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, and use is not covered by Podigy Audio warranty policy. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products maybe subjected to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees. 

If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

RMA Return instructions

1. Prepare a package to return to Podigy Audio.

2. Include a copy of your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem.

3. Write your RMA number, your name, address, and contact number on the outside of the box and send to:

Returns that don't qualify for warranty coverage or unauthorized returns (without an issued RMA number) will be returned to customers. It is important that you follow the repair & return instruction carefully, including communicating with your support rep before sending in your return.
